ADELANTE means “ TO MOVE AHEAD

Wessley’s background is Naval Test Pilot, Ironman, USA triathlete, professional USA cyclist and a member of many cycling teams.  Abbie comes from a fashion, technical and business background.

Both being from the Northwest we naturally share a passion for being outdoors, rooted in adventuring and road cycling.  We love that cycling is a sport that can be shared with the family, is a personal challenge, is social, and provides a way to see the world, emissions free.

When we came up with ADELANTE, we created each product through our personal desires for what we want to wear on the road to fit our lifestyle.  We are a Made in America brand, we like that we can have an idea, sew up a protype, try it, test it and tweak it all within a few days, there is something personal about creating the product with your own hands. We pride ourselves on infusing humor, functionality and fashion.  When we developed the helmet bags with cinch tops we considered our fast paced weekends of racing and the warm leisure weekends with friends.  It’s about expressing ourselves through design, art and functionality.

ADELANTE is how we inject fun fashion into the cycling community since it’s a growing sport for all walks of life.

We hope to see the cycling industry continue to ADELANTE!
